Parental Alienation

How do you know if parental alienation is taking place?

1.  Read the 17 Primary Alienation Strategies and compare with your situation.

2. Speak to your attorney about parental alienation.  Keeping them informed is very important. Discuss whether using an expert witness will benefit your case.  Request an Expert Testimony Agreement from Dr. Evans be emailed to you here.

3. Once you have decided to retain Dr. Evans as an expert witness in your parental alienation case, you can pay your retainer by check, call our office with a credit card or pay online here.

5. Keep a record of your interactions with the alienating parent.  Be sure to consult with your attorney before recording interactions.

6. Complete the Baker Model for Identifying Parental Alienation (formerly known as the Five Factor Model) .  Be sure to provide elements and prove a loving relationship prior to the start of alienation.
